What is CMOCC?
The Colorado Men of Color Collaborative (CMOCC) seeks to promote brotherhood through community building, corporate partnerships, networking, mentoring and service learning projects. Our goal is to strategically support the development of men by increasing social mobility, social emotional well-being, and career advancement.

Our goal is to strategically support the development of BIPOC youth and men by increasing social mobility, social emotional well-being, and career advancement through partnership work with individuals and organizations across Colorado.
Executive Summary
The Colorado Men of Color Collaborative (CMOCC) is a nonprofit 501c3 public charity that works for the unity of community by bringing awareness to the challenges and structures that impact minority men disproportionately. The organization seeks to promote brotherhood through community building, corporate partnerships, networking, mentoring and service learning projects. Our goal is to strategically support the development of men by increasing social mobility, social emotional well-being, and career advancement. CMOCC also aims to increase quality access to mental health supports, career exploration, and professional learning to enhance their quality of life.

These critical containers promote positive community change through strategic collaboration with organizations that understand the challenges that men of color face in society, particularly in underserved areas.
CMOCC’s mission seeks to promote unity through brotherhood by community building through corporate partnerships, networking, partnering with schools & universities, and services. Our goal is to strategically support the development of men by increasing social mobility, social emotional well-being, and career advancement across all fields. CMOCC’s vision seeks to illuminate barriers by providing resources to increase success and achievement for minority youth and adults.
To achieve its vision and fulfill its mission, CMOCC has set the following goals and objectives for the next year:
Goal 1: Develop and implement professional educational programs that promote sustainable social mobility to men and youth of color. This will involve creating engaging interactive professional development opportunities for the community and members.
Goal 2: Expand CMOCC professional learning series to produce a greater community reach with a focus on men, however, inclusive to all.
Goal 3: Buildout program focus areas that support corporate community collaboration. Focus on sustainable and revenue generating opportunities that support organization scalability and growth.
Goal 4: Build relationships and partnerships with corporations, community organizations, and other stakeholders to further the mission of CMOCC. This will involve regular communication and outreach, participating in community events and initiatives, and seeking out new opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
Goal 5: Secure financial stability for CMOCC through fundraising, grant writing, and diversified revenue streams. This will involve identifying and pursuing opportunities, developing new products of service, and exploring new sources of revenue.
To achieve these goals, CMOCC will implement a number of strategies, including increasing targeted professional learning opportunities, providing mental health support to men, expanding networking opportunities with corporate partners, fostering relationships with other nonprofits and stakeholders, and diversifying revenue streams. CMOCC will track progress towards its goals by using metrics such as feedback forms, participants survey, program evaluations, program participation, and financial performance to inform ongoing improvement and course correction as needed.
